Acceptable Use Policy

01 Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what constitutes responsible and permissible use of the 3DParty platform, AI generation tools, 3D editor, storage, and community gallery. It supplements our Terms of Use and exists to maintain a safe, creative, and legally compliant environment for all users.

By using 3DParty, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

02 Who This Applies To

This policy applies to all users of the 3DParty platform including:

• Registered account holders on free and paid plans.
• Anonymous visitors viewing public gallery content.
• Developers accessing 3DParty via API.
• Organisations and teams using 3DParty under enterprise agreements.

03 Permitted Uses

You may use 3DParty for the following purposes, subject to your plan's licence terms:

• Creating, editing, and downloading personal and commercial 3D assets.
• Sharing portfolio work and creative projects in the public gallery.
• Building games, films, virtual reality experiences, product visualisations, and design assets.
• Educational projects, prototyping, and research (subject to attribution requirements on free plans).
• Embedding or showcasing generated models on your own website or application.

04 Prohibited Content

You must not generate, upload, store, or share content that:

Adult & Sexual Content

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic in nature.
• Sexualises minors in any form — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Constitutes sexual harassment or non-consensual intimate imagery.

Violence & Harmful Content

• Depicts graphic, gratuitous, or realistic violence for the purpose of glorification.
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Is intended to intimidate, bully, or threaten specific individuals.

Hate & Discrimination

• Promotes hatred against protected groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Uses derogatory symbols or imagery associated with hate movements.

Illegal Content

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted works and trademarked characters, without licence.
• Facilitates the planning or execution of criminal activity.

Copyright & Intellectual Property Infringement

You must not use 3DParty to generate, upload, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using reference images, textures, or designs you do not own or have not licensed as input to our AI tools.
• Generating 3D models that replicate or closely imitate copyrighted characters, logos, brands, or designs without authorisation.
• Uploading or sharing models that incorporate third-party copyrighted content without permission.
• Uploading 3D model files (GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, USDZ, or any other format) that you did not create or do not have the right to distribute.
• Downloading models from other platforms (Sketchfab, TurboSquid, CGTrader, etc.) and re-uploading them to 3DParty without the original creator's permission.

Misleading & Harmful Information

• Is designed to deceive others as to its AI-generated origin in a contextually harmful way (e.g., deepfake impersonation for fraud).
• Promotes dangerous or medically unproven health claims.

05 Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in the following activities on or through the Service:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or private content.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform using automated tools without written permission.
• Circumventing credit limits, rate limits, or content filters through technical or non-technical means.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting our proprietary AI models or backend logic.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code — including embedding malicious scripts inside 3D model files.
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks or attempting to overload our infrastructure.
• Impersonating 3DParty staff, moderators, or other users.
• Selling, renting, or sublicensing platform access to third parties without consent.
• Using the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to other users.
• Uploading 3D models, assets, or content sourced from third-party platforms without the original creator's permission or a valid redistribution licence.

06 AI Generation Rules

Our AI generation system is subject to additional rules to prevent misuse:

• Prompts must not attempt to generate content described in Section 4.
• You may not submit prompts designed specifically to bypass our safety filters ("jailbreaking").
• Reference images you upload must be images you own, have licensed, or that are in the public domain.
• You must not attempt to replicate or clone specific living persons without their consent in a deceptive manner.
• Mass generation for the purpose of polluting the public gallery with low-quality or spam content is prohibited.

07 Content Moderation

3DParty uses a combination of automated filters and human review to moderate content. We review:

• All content flagged by our automated safety systems.
• Reports submitted by users through our reporting tools.
• Public gallery content on a periodic basis.

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion. We may remove content without prior notice if it violates this AUP. We are not obligated to store or return removed content.

08 Enforcement

Violations of this AUP are handled according to their severity:

Enforcement actions include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement in cases involving illegal content. In addition:

• Credit adjustments: We may reduce or revoke credits from accounts involved in suspicious activity, abuse, exploitation of bugs or loopholes, use of bots or scripts to circumvent limits, or any violation of this policy.
• Credit bonuses: We may award bonus credits for promotions, referrals, community contributions, bug reports, or other positive activities at our sole discretion.
• Feature restrictions: We may limit or revoke access to specific features, the public gallery, or the API for accounts that misuse them.
• Account termination: Accounts that pose a danger to the platform, its community, or other users may be terminated immediately and without prior warning. This includes accounts involved in fraud, large-scale copyright infringement, platform attacks, or malicious activity.

You may appeal moderation decisions by contacting us at safety@3dparty.ai within 14 days.

09 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

• Use the "Report" button available on individual models in the gallery.
• Email safety@3dparty.ai with a description and, where possible, a URL or screenshot.
• For urgent matters involving child safety, contact us immediately and also report to your national authority (e.g., NCMEC in the US).

We treat all reports confidentially and respond within 72 hours for standard reports, and within 24 hours for child-safety-related reports.
