02 AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
3DParty's AI generation pipeline produces three-dimensional model assets based on text prompts, reference images, and other user inputs. Please be aware:
Aesthetic Variation
Results may vary significantly between runs with the same prompt. Outputs do not guarantee a specific art style, polygon count, or level of detail.
IP Similarity
AI models are statistically trained on large datasets. Outputs may occasionally resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.
Accuracy
AI cannot guarantee factual accuracy of generated content. Do not rely on AI-generated models for engineering, medical, safety, or scientific applications.
Technical Completeness
Generated meshes may contain topology issues, UV errors, or missing geometry. Professional review and post-processing may be required for production use.
3DParty makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness, accuracy, originality, or commercial viability of AI-generated assets.

Nothing on the 3DParty platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, architectural, engineering, or professional advice of any kind. Content and tools provided are for creative and general commercial purposes only.
If your project requires certified professional standards (e.g. structural engineering, medical device modelling, building code compliance), you must consult qualified professionals independently of your use of 3DParty.
04 Third-Party & User-Generated Content
The 3DParty public gallery contains models and content created and shared by our user community. This includes both AI-generated models and 3D models uploaded directly by users (in GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, USDZ, or other supported formats). 3DParty does not:
- Endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy, legality, or quality of user-generated content — whether AI-generated or directly uploaded.
- Represent that community models are free from intellectual property claims or licencing restrictions.
- Accept responsibility for how user-generated content is used by third parties.
- Verify that uploaded models were created by the user who uploaded them, or that the uploader holds the necessary rights.
You download and use community models at your own risk. Always review the licence terms associated with any model before commercial use.
05 No Warranty
The 3DParty Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.
06 Service Availability & Data Loss
3DParty does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or factors outside our control.
While we implement reasonable data protection practices, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to technical failures. We strongly recommend you download and retain local copies of any assets that are critical to your work.
3DParty shall not be liable for any loss of data, productivity, revenue, or opportunity arising from service unavailability or data loss.
07 Intellectual Property Disclaimer
3DParty provides tools to assist in the creation of 3D content, but the Company does not:
- Clear, guarantee, or warrant the intellectual property status of AI-generated outputs.
- Accept liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from user-provided prompts or reference images.
- Represent that generated content does not infringe the rights of third parties in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified IP attorney for specific legal guidance.
08 Beta Features
Some features of 3DParty are released in beta or early-access states. These features:
- May produce lower-quality, incomplete, or unexpected results.
- Are subject to significant change or removal without notice.
- May not be covered by your standard plan's reliability guarantees.
- May consume credits differently than production features.
